  • Crushed Graham Crackers
  • Cream Cheese
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Butter
  • ½ Cup of Lemon Juice

  • Take the cream cheese out in a cold glass bowl and start with whipping the cream cheese for a minute or two with an electronic mixer
  • Then mix the sweet condensed milk with it and beat the batter for 7-10 more minutes. 
  • Then add in the vanilla and lemon juice and beat it for 5 more minutes. 
  • In a different bowl take the crushed Graham crackers. Now, melt the butter and add it to the cracker to give it an adhesive to hold onto. 
  • Take a pie mold and layer it with crushed buttered graham. Then leave it in the fridge for it to set. Get it out of the fridge, then pour the batter in and refrigerate it for 3-4 more hours.

  • Take a can of blueberry and pour it in a pan with sugar and put it on the stove to melt the sugar.

  • 5 whole eggs + 2 egg yolk

  • Take a cold bowl and mix the cream cheese, sour cream and goat cheese. 
  • Then blend it with an electronic mixture. Grind the sugar beforehand and then pour the blended sugar in with the cheese and cream mixture. 
  • After beating the mix for some time add in the eggs and the egg yolks and start beating the mixture together again. 
  • After some time add the vanilla, lemon zest and cornstarch and mix again.

  • 30 grms of dates
  • 40 grms of rolled oats
  • 30 grms of honey

For the filling

  • 150 grms of cashew 
  • 130 grms of condensed milk
  • 100 grms of blueberry
  • 200 grms of coconut milk
  • 200 grms of water
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of agar powder
  • 2 tablespoon of starch

  • Take the blender out and put in roasted almonds, rolled oats and the dates in. Blend it together and after some time add honey and blend again. 
  • Then form a base in a cake mold to press it with glass. then refrigerate it for an hour. Then start preparing the filling. 
  • Take the blender again and put in the cashews, the condensed milk and the coconut milk and blend it together well. 
  • Take a pan and pour the mixture along with water, starch and agar powder. Put the heat on and stir it until it thickens.
